Privacy notice
Sanos is a private-beta health and performance companion. It stores the information you enter so it can show your history, personalise plans, and give your AI Coach relevant context.
What we collect
Account details; assessment answers; meal, workout, weight, check-in and diary history; plans and coach conversations; optional progress photos, uploaded health documents and extracted biomarkers; optional wearable data; challenge activity; and optional WhatsApp connection details.
How we use it
We use this information to operate Sanos, synchronise your account across devices, generate personalised guidance, improve reliability, protect the service from abuse, and respond to support requests. Sanos does not sell your health data.
AI processing
Relevant parts of your profile and history may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to approved model providers to answer you or generate plans. Sanos requests providers that do not train on these prompts. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by an AI service.
Storage and retention
Your account data is stored in Sanos cloud storage and may also be cached on your devices. Operational error records are kept with minimal detail. Data remains until you delete your account or retention is required for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can export your Sanos data or permanently delete your account from Profile. You can disconnect WhatsApp and optional integrations independently. Account deletion includes synced history, health documents, biomarkers, wearable records, challenges and integration links under your account.
Security and limits
Sanos uses authenticated, per-user access controls and encrypted service connections. No internet service can promise absolute security. This beta may change as the product is tested.
