Beta terms & health notice

By using the Sanos private beta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. The beta is invitation-only, experimental, and may contain errors or change without notice.

Not medical care

Sanos provides general educational and lifestyle guidance. It is not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, emergency service, diagnosis, or treatment. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified health professional before acting on guidance when you have symptoms, injuries, medical conditions, take medication, are pregnant, or are unsure.

Emergencies

Do not use Sanos for emergencies. Contact local emergency services immediately for severe symptoms, risk of self-harm, or an urgent medical situation.

Your responsibility

Provide accurate information, review every plan before following it, stop an activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms, protect your login, and use the service only for your own lawful purposes.

AI actions

When you explicitly ask the AI Coach to change a supported meal or workout, Sanos may apply that change immediately and show a receipt. Review the updated plan. Safety checks reduce risk but cannot cover every personal circumstance.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for a particular outcome. To the extent allowed by law, Sanos is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made solely from AI-generated guidance.

Ending access

You may stop using Sanos and delete your account at any time. Sanos may suspend beta access for security, misuse, or operational reasons.
